Anger Management is the process of identifying one’s triggers and stressors with the goal of learning to utilize effective strategies to manage angry responses and prevent aggressive reactions.

This allows the individual to respond to situations positively and constructively. While it may not be possible to avoid anger triggers, enhanced anger management skills can help individuals control their reactions and respond in a socially appropriate manner. Anger management coaching and counseling consists of assessment, feedback, and individualized intervention plans to guide skill building.
