The Erion Center for Emotional & Behavioral Health understands that each of our client’s situations are unique. Tarron Riley, LCSW, CAS, CART, is the founder of Erion Behavioral Health and has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years combined as a Psychotherapist, Consultant, Emotional Intelligence Coach, Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in private practice and outpatient settings. Mr. Riley has had the privilege and pleasure of working with youth, adults, families, and couples in a variety of settings including outpatient, residential, school-based, juvenile hall, and hospital settings. His areas of specialization and interest are anger management, addictions, and emotional intelligence- all of which he’s received additional training and certification in. From a practice and purpose standpoint, Mr. Riley enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, teams, and organizations with the goal of enhancing the quality of interpersonal relationships by strengthening and empowering individual functioning and performance.

Erika Riley, BA, is an administrator and behavior specialist who provides community liaison services as well as youth and parent coaching and support services. Mrs. Riley has worked in the behavioral health and counseling field for over thirteen years in private practice, residential treatment, community outpatient, and school settings. Mrs. Riley’s focus and areas of interest include working with adolescents, parents, and families to improve personal and relational functioning.
